Before you buy
What does each ticket include?
Every ticket includes the full Main Stage content: all the talks, the interview panel, the live trading tournament, the Headliner and the Trading Fest Awards. The difference is the zone: General (auditorium-style seating with a full view of the stage), Círculo VIP (table with an assigned seat, coffee station and merchandise) and Círculo Dorado (table in the premium area in front of the stage, lunch, coffee area and merchandise).
How much are tickets for Medellín 2026?
General $19, Círculo VIP $49 and Círculo Dorado $399. Prices in USD, taxes included, while they last: 280 General spots, 140 Círculo VIP and 30 Círculo Dorado.
Where do I buy and how do I receive my ticket?
Only on Flow2Pass, the official access platform. You'll receive your confirmation and your ticket with a QR code by email. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or write to contact@tradingfest.net.
Are tickets issued in my name? Can I change the holder or the category?
Yes, tickets are issued in the holder's name. Category or holder changes are requested at contact@tradingfest.net and are subject to availability.
Are there refunds?
Tickets are issued in the holder's name and are non-refundable, except if the organizer cancels the event. If the organizer cancels an edition, the ticket price will be refunded through Flow2Pass by the same payment method. If an edition changes its date or venue, the ticket remains valid for the new date.
How does entry work on the day of the event?
Show your QR code at the entrance from 9:30 together with an ID document. Each code admits a single entry. Accreditation is by category; the day ends at 19:00.
What does the Círculo Dorado lunch include?
The break runs from 13:40 to 14:40 and includes lunch for Círculo Dorado, partner activations and networking. Círculo Dorado also has its own coffee area.
How do I take part as a speaker, a partner or by nominating for the Awards?
Talks and panel seats are applied for from the Speakers page, for any of the five cities. Partners (7 slots per edition: Main Sponsor, Premium and Experience) are reserved from the Partners page. The Trading Fest Awards are nominated and voted on the Awards page, one vote per person and category; the winners are announced on the Main Stage at 18:30.

What partner tiers are there and what does each include?
Three tiers, priced per edition. Main Sponsor (USD 25,000): a 30-min talk on the Main Stage at 16:00, “Trading Fest presented by”, the stage screens and the VIP chair covers with your logo, and 3 dedicated posts. Premium Partner (USD 15,000): a 30-min talk on the Main Stage, your logo in the on-screen rotation and 2 posts. Experience Partner (USD 12,000): a seat on the interview panel, your logo in the rotation and 1 post. All three include 10 VIP seats, 3 Círculo Dorado tickets, 10 General tickets and an award at the Trading Fest Awards.
How many partner slots are there per edition?
Seven: 1 Main Sponsor, 3 Premium Partners and 3 Experience Partners. Each city opens its seven slots separately; the Partners page shows what is still available in each edition, tier and category.
Which categories can each tier choose?
Premium Partners choose from Registration, Lanyard, and Lounge; Experience Partners, from Welcome Bag, Hydration, and FX Experts Cup. The category is chosen when you book, from those still available in each edition.
Is there a discount for booking several editions?
Yes: 5% off for two 2027 editions, 10% for three and 20% for all four, on the total of the 2027 editions booked in the same tier. For example, all four cities as a Premium Partner come to USD 48,000 instead of USD 60,000.
How do I book a slot?
Choose your cities, tier and category, and send your request through the form on the Partners page, or write to contact@tradingfest.net or to the sales WhatsApp +971 58 579 6258. We reply with each city’s availability and the full deck.
Can trading academies take part?
Yes, as partner academies: they set up a small stand at the venue and, in return, promote Trading Fest to their community. They are not partners: no stage, no category and no partner award. If you run an academy, write to contact@tradingfest.net.

What are the Trading Fest Awards?
Each edition’s awards: the community nominates and votes online, and the winners take the Main Stage at 18:30, in the same ceremony where every partner receives its award.
Which categories are voted on?
In Medellín 2026: Trader of the Year, Educator of the Year, Community of the Year, and Brokers' Choice by Traders. From 2027, every edition votes on seven categories: Best Trader, Best Trading Educator, Best Trading Community, Best Finance Influencer, Best Investing Influencer, Best Trading Influencer, and Traders’ Choice Broker.
How do I vote?
With your email: we send you a sign-in link and, with no passwords, one click and you can vote. There is one vote per person and category, and you can change it while voting is open.
When is the vote and when are the winners announced?
Voting opens in the weeks before each edition; the dates are published on the Awards page. The winners are announced on the Main Stage on December 5, 2026 at 18:30.
How do I nominate someone?
From the Awards page: tell us who you nominate and in which category. The Trading Fest committee reviews the nominations and publishes three nominees per category before voting opens.

How do I apply as a speaker?
From the Speakers page, with the “Apply with your talk” form: you can apply for a talk or a seat on the panel in any of the five cities.
What formats are there on stage?
Talks by guest speakers, an interview panel with a moderator and questions from the room, and one Headliner per city with a 60-minute keynote. Everything happens on the Main Stage, with no parallel rooms.
When is the line-up announced?
Confirmations are published on the Speakers page and on each edition’s page. Until then, the line-up and the Headliner are listed as “to be announced”.
Do partners take the stage too?
Yes: the Main Sponsor has its 30-min talk at 16:00, each Premium Partner a 30-min talk and the Experience Partners a seat on the interview panel.

What is Trading Fest?
FX Expo Global’s one-day festival: a single stage with talks, an interview panel, a live trading tournament, a Headliner and the Trading Fest Awards. Not an expo: seven partners per edition and the whole room facing the same stage.
Which cities and dates make up the season?
5 editions: Medellín (Dec 5, 2026), Mexico City (Feb 20, 2027), Lima (Apr 10, 2027), Buenos Aires (Jun 5, 2027), and Bogotá (Oct 2, 2027). Each city has its own page with the venue, tickets and line-up.
Where is the next edition?
Medellín, on December 5, 2026, at Plaza Mayor Medellín. The venues for the other cities are announced on each edition’s page.
What are the hours of each edition?
Every edition is on a Saturday, from 9:30 to 19:00, local time. Doors open at 9:30 and the awards start at 18:30.
Who organizes Trading Fest?
FX Expo Global, Latin America’s trading expo series, through Horizon VIP Consulting FZCO, a company based in Dubai (Office 539, Tamani Arts Offices, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE).
