2. Data we collect
Your email address when you subscribe to updates on each edition; your name, email, company and message when you submit a contact, partner, corporate table, speaker, press or Trading Fest Awards nomination form; your email address when you vote in the Trading Fest Awards. We also collect anonymous technical data on the use of the website.
3. Purpose
To answer your inquiries, send you updates on the editions you subscribe to, manage applications and reservations, guarantee one vote per person in the Awards, and measure the use of the website in order to improve it. We do not sell your data.
4. Retention
We keep contact and subscription data for as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask to be removed; votes are kept until each edition closes and is audited.
5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure or object to processing by writing to contact@tradingfest.net from the email address you used. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe.
6. Service providers
Ticket purchases, payment, email confirmation and QR access are handled by Flow2Pass under its own privacy policy. This website is hosted on Vercel and stores data in Supabase. Form submissions are also recorded in Atlas, the customer management platform operated by Exura Global and used by Horizon VIP Consulting, and the internal notification for each submission is sent with SendGrid. To vote in the Trading Fest Awards, Supabase Auth stores a session cookie needed to identify you and guarantee one vote per person. We measure the use of the website with Vercel Analytics, which does not use tracking cookies. This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
