Horizon VIP Consulting FZCO, with registered office at Office 539, Tamani Arts Offices, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, operates Trading Fest and is the organizer and seller of the tickets. Flow2Pass is the ticketing and access platform that issues your ticket and QR code.
2. Tickets and categories
Each edition publishes its ticket categories (in Medellín 2026: General, Círculo VIP and Círculo Dorado) with the spots available on the website; when an edition offers corporate tables, they are arranged directly with the team through the request form. Prices are shown in US dollars.
3. Purchase through Flow2Pass
Tickets are sold exclusively on app.flow2pass.com, the official access platform. By purchasing you accept its terms of service. You will receive your confirmation and your ticket with a QR code by email.
4. Changes and refunds
Tickets are issued in the holder's name and are non-refundable, except if the organizer cancels the event. Category or holder changes are requested at contact@tradingfest.net and are subject to availability.
5. Entry on the day of the event
Entry takes place on the day of the event by showing the QR code at the entrance from 9:30, together with an ID document. Each code admits a single entry. The organizer may refuse entry for security or conduct reasons.
6. Cancellation or change of date
If an edition changes its date or venue, the ticket remains valid for the new date. If the organizer cancels an edition, the ticket price will be refunded through Flow2Pass by the same payment method.
7. Contact
For any inquiry about your purchase, write to contact@tradingfest.net stating the email address you bought with and the edition. This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
